Informal Skier’s Lunch 11:30-12:30 pm
For those skiing on Baldy Mt., meet up with the bride and groom for lunch and laps. Location: Seattle Ridge Lodge
Accessible to skiiers/snowboarders only
*For those not skiing, consider meeting for lunch at the base of Baldy Mt. ~1pm, River Run lodge, for the apres ski experience without the skiing!
Rehearsal Dinner 6:00-7:45 pm
Private dinner for a small group of friends and family
Location: Roundhouse Lodge
Shuttles: Available starting at 5:30 pm, departing from the Limelight Hotel BACK PATIO. Arrive for gondola boarding by 5:45 pm
Attire: Apres Chic (see FAQs)
Welcome Reception 7:45 pm

Ceremony 5:00 pm
Location: Outside the Gail Sevren Gallery, Sun Valley, ID
Shuttles: Use your private lodging shuttles (request in advance) if staying at the Limelight Hotel or Sun Valley resort. Airbnb/rental guests should plan their own transportation. (see Travel for more info)
Arrive by 4:50 p.m. for a 5:00 p.m. prompt start.
Attire: Add a layer to Black tie, optional for a short outdoor ceremony (see FAQs)

Cocktails and Reception 5:30 pm-9:30 pm

Afterparty 9:45 pm-1:00 am
Location: Whiskey’s on Main
Shuttles: Walk to the after-party! For those concerned about the couple of block walk, there is a small shuttle. From the after party to the hotels, walk 1 block to the Limelight/Best Western. Airbnb/rental guests should plan their own transportation. (see Travel for more info).
